About Liberty Bell Management, LLC
Established in 2010, Liberty Bell Management provides property management services, specializing in re-developing distressed properties in our market sector. We currently manage over 300 units throughout the Philadelphia area and are continuously growing. We offer units of all sizes and rent to both standard and subsidized applicants.
Our team has developed and constructed hundreds of homes and commercial buildings across the Philadelphia region. We rely on sound construction practices in order to ensure that we provide the best product to our tenants and the community. Our development and construction team focuses on keeping our standards among the highest in our market sector and our property management team focuses on providing the best possible resident experience from the start of the leasing process to post-move out. Many of our tenants choose to stay with our company for many years due to our outstanding properties and customer service. Our mission is based on the concept of helping evolve our community and region by providing better places to live and to do business wherever possible.

Allen Abovitz
CEO/Managing Member
E-mailAllen has been involved in the Philadelphia real estate market since 2008. He got his start in the mortgage industry and then transitioned to acquiring, rehabilitating and managing properties shortly thereafter. He has quickly and effectively grown Liberty Bell Management and its affiliated companies to their current level of success. Allen has extensive knowledge of the Philadelphia real estate market and navigating the development process in Philadelphia from start to finish. He focuses on developing distressed properties and has made a major impact in beautifying an bettering the communities that many of Liberty Bell Management’s properties are located in.
Natalie Abovitz
Operations Manager
E-mailNatalie has been in the property management and real estate field for over 10 years and has extensive experience working with national, midsize and smaller property management and development companies in the Philadelphia area. She attended Drexel University for her undergraduate studies and holds a J.D. from James E. Beasley School of Law at Temple University.
Bethany Bender
Development Coordinator
E-mailPrior to joining Liberty Bell Management, Bethany worked for homelessness and affordable housing agency Project HOME, where she gained experience in sustainable building management, energy-saving retrofit projects, low-income housing tax compliance, and resident engagement. She received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in 2014 from Messiah College near Harrisburg, PA.
Daniel Yeck
Project Manager
E-mailDan was born and raised in Northeast Philadelphia. He is a licensed Pennsylvania Real Estate agent and has been working in real estate for 3+ years. He attended Temple University for a degree in Sports and Recreation Management.
Kyree Lewis
Property Management
E-mailKyree was born and raised in Philadelphia. He attended Temple University, receiving a bachelor degree in criminal justice and then attended Rosemont college and obtained a masters degree in business administration.

His knowledge in workflow design has allowed Liberty Bell Management to complete project goals in a timely and efficient manner.
